The Dinerstein Companies Launches New Inspire Homes Brand Specializing in Developing Single-Family Build-to-Rent Communities

HOUSTON, TX - The Dinerstein Companies (TDC), a full-service real estate and development company, announced the launch of Inspire Homes, the company’s new brand specializing in developing single-family build-to-rent communities. The community offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 685-square-feet to 1,445-square-feet. The 35.29-acre development in Missouri City, TX, is located approximately 20 miles from Downtown Houston at 10050 Highway 6 and includes 186 single-family build-to-rent homes with front yards, oversized fenced backyards and attached two car garages. The community offers three different floor plans, ranging from 1,114-square-foot two-bedroom two-bath homes to three-bedroom two and a half bath homes ranging from 1,362-square-feet to 1,374-square-feet.
